Outreach

As we look across the earth, it’s easy to see the lack of provision and access to life-giving and sustaining resources and knowledge in so many places. Aileen has been deeply moved by this reality of disparity. Therefore a part of Nourished Roots exists to reach into unreached or hard to reach places. Sometimes this will be by invitation from other workers on the ground, and sometimes in the midst of disaster or conflict, opportunities arise to serve. Aileen feels called to use the skills, knowledge, and experience she has acquired over the years to go in love to serve and meet needs seen and unseen, in whatever capacity she is able, even beyond women’s health PT and childbirth education. She will partner and go with others, always connecting with someone living and working in the place she is going.
