If scheduling a one on one consultation seems too daunting, or if you feel like you just have a few questions that you’d rather just email and ask about, this may be the option for you. When you pay for an email consult, you will receive instructions on how to email Aileen, and you will receive a response from her within 48 hours max. You will be provided with education and/or exercise ideas to help with your issues in the email response. Your questions can cover a variety of topics like childbirth prep, pregnancy aches and pains, returning to exercise postpartum, postpartum recovery, issues with resolving “ab separation,” pelvic pain (which can be associated with back and/or hip pain), pain with intercourse, prolapse issues, peeing yourself when you laugh/ jump/ etc, inability to hold in gas/ poop, issues from menopause, etc.

If you do not feel like your questions have been answered fully within the response email, if you have more questions to ask and talk through, or if there is too much to address fully via an email response, Aileen might recommend signing up for a one on one consultation along with the other information given in her email response, though it would not be required to do so. You will receive a discount code in your initial reply email to use if you do choose to sign up for a one on one consultation. Since it would be the first one on one consultation, it would need to be an initial consultation.
