Neck & Mid Back Basic Exercises
These exercises can be helpful to release tension around your neck and upper/mid back that can cause headaches and other pains. Often working on the computer or being on our phones or reading and writing can cause us to get into a rounded shoulder and forward head type posture. The muscles around the neck and chest will get tight and the upper/mid back with get weak. These are exercises and stretches I use to help myself from time to time, and wanted to share them with you if you were interested as well. (20 exercise and stretches included.)
