Part 2 of 2 - Basic Pelvic Floor Education for Women

$0.00

Many women have never really thought much about the muscles at the bottom of their pelvis’ and how much they impact their lives. This document is meant to give a good overview of the basics. (It is not meant to be comprehensive of all possible issues.) Part 1 explains the general anatomy & function of the area, how these muscles interact with other areas of your body, how the pelvic floor can get injured, other possible issues contributing to pain around the pelvis, what incontinence & prolapse are, and how to work out the pelvic floor muscles. Part 2 will focus on information more specific to possible pregnancy, birth and postpartum issues. Both parts contain information about how to seek help with any of the issues mentioned. This is information every woman should know about her body. It might seem like a lot, but it’s worth it to learn.

***It is free to download this document, but the system will ask you to put in your information to “check out.” Nothing will be charged and no payment information is needed. Having this document available here for download, rather than a quick link download, allows me to give you this document in a high quality version.***
